Because "3 BHK, ground floor, ₹X crore" tells us very little about the home you actually need.

We explore the market through relevant channels, owners, brokers and our network to identify properties that could fit the brief.

For shortlisted properties, we look beyond price and specifications to assess layout, light, surroundings, design potential, liveability and the compromises each home may require.

Our role here is to help you narrow the shortlist.
Rather than continually adding more options, we help you compare the strongest contenders, understand their trade-offs and make the decision with greater clarity and confidence.

Barsati is led by co-founders Ramya and Rajat, who together oversee both the studio's Creative Direction and Real Estate Advisory practice.
Ramya is a Chartered Accountant with experience advising on real estate matters during her tenure at the Big 4s, bringing a strong understanding of the financial and regulatory aspects of property. Rajat is a Lawyer with extensive hands-on experience in the real estate sector and mediation space, bringing practical insight into property, negotiations and the realities of real estate transactions.
